Lotion: 5%

INDICATIONS AND DOSAGES
Head lice infestations—
Adults and children age 6 months and older: Apply the lotion to the patient's hair and scalp until completely saturated. Amount of lotion used depends on hair length.

Longer than 22 32 to 48

Allow lotion to remain on the hair for 10 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with water. Remove dead lice and nits with a fine-toothed comb. Repeat treatment after 7 days.

CONTRAINDICATIONS AND CAUTIONS
Avoid use in infants younger than 1 month of age and in preterm infants with a corrected age of less than 44 weeks. Avoid eye exposure.

INTERACTIONS
None reported.

ADVERSE REACTIONS
EENT: ocular irritation.
Skin: application site irritation, application site anesthesia and hypoesthesia, pain, pruritis, erythema, pyoderma.

Reactions may be common, uncommon, life-threatening, or
COMMON AND LIFE-THREATENING.
